We can't determine someone else's motives or know what they will do with the money...I believe that God tells us to give and it's not our job to worry about what the recipient will do with the money. Do you think there is some sort of balance between showing grace because we've been given grace, but at the same time knowing that there's a high chance the person will use the money for drugs or alcohol?
